The Reverse Piercing Ear Canal Pendant was created with the intention of exploring the idea of piercings that are “wrong”. My process included doing an alginate cast of my inner ear canal (just as uncomfortable as it sounds) and referencing that form for the initial shape. This piece is made complete by surgical grade stainless steel piercing jewelry and a sterling silver jump ring.
